On July, 3rd the European Commission published the white paper on ICT standardization and opened a web consultation to all interested parties wishing to comment possible actions to be undertaken at a EU level.
The Commission White Paper on Modernizing ICT Standardization in the EU describes some of the dramatic changes which have taken place in the ICT standardization landscape over the last decade or so and invites comments from all interested parties on the possible actions which could be taken to adapt to these changes.
