XVI Congress of International Federation of Health Records Organizations
IFHRO 2010 is the XVI Congress of the International Federation of Health Records Organizations. It will take place in Milano from 15 to 19 November 2010. The location will be the Congress Centre Stella Polare at the new Milan exhibition centre.
IFHRO Congress takes place every three years and it will be organized for the first time in Italy in 2010, coming back to Europe after 14 years.
The title of the 2010 congress will be “Better Information for Better Health”: it will deal with topics concerning healthcare and related data (their use, storage, access, integrations etc.). Some of the issues addressed wiil be health documents security, patients privacy, the relationship between clinic data and scientific research; classification systems and quality of the data, e-medical records.
The Congress will for sure be interesting also for companies producing ICT solutions for the e-Health sector.
